Are you trade only?

Not at all. We're happy to sell to end consumers and the trade a like.


How do I set up a trade account?

What happens if I have forgotten my password?

How do I change my details?

You will need to contact us using out contact form


The site says my email address is already in use?

This means you already have an existing account with us. Email us info@parsleyintime.co.uk and we will get back to you with your log in details


What are your business hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 08.30-17.30.


Who delivers my order?

We endeavour to do this on our own transport but on occasions we will send on an overnight service.


How can I track my order?

You can do it online by filling in your tracking number or order number on the 'Track Your Order' tab on the homepage. Alternatively call our office and one of our sales advisors will be happy to help.


I have had the wrong goods delivered/arrived broken what should I do?

What is your returns policy?

All returns are discretionary. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all authorised returns and they must be reported within 14 days. To arrange this please contact our sales team on 020 8317 5080 or info@parsleyintime.co.uk


My goods are faulty, what should I do?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards as well as cheque or bank transfer and PayPal


Is there a minimum order value?

Not at all. We'll happily send you anything from a box of teaspoons to a full kitchen of equipment.


What are the carriage charges?

Standard next working day carriage is charged at £4.99 for all orders under £100. There are other options available once you proceed through to the check out such as AM and Saturday delivery, which are charged at a premium rate.

Can you send me a catalogue?

We'd be happy to. Just fill out the form on the contact page and we'll have one to you within 5 working days. Before you do that, have a look at our online catalogue first - it's the greener option!
